It's perfect place to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I couldn't believe it was 200 years old building. It's true it's a great heritage. I can see many precious artworks, pictures and old furnitures. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

Quaint and charming place. Each room is different. You don't feel like you're in a hotel, but in someone's house as a guest. Lots of places to shop and eat around. In the heart of the French Quarter. Very close to the beach.

Everything was fantastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is prepared with love and it is both savoury and sweet. Staff is nice and always there to help guests. The location is in the white town but no rumors and the garden and the inside of the hotel is curated in every details. Love it!

I had an Amazing stay at Gratitude Heritage.. the staff are amazing and they are there to help you anytime. The room itself was amazing and our specific room had an upper bunk and that was actually a lovely spot. Rooms are maintained very neatly. Had a really good time at this place. It's very quiet and peaceful space. Thank you !

The Gratitude hotel is beautiful. Its very easy to be there. Shanti is fantastic and takes great care of everybody. The food is excellent- we wished we had eaten there more. The rooms are gorgeous with brilliant beds. We loved the swing outside our door. We met great people there and loved the chats over breakfast. We loved our stay and would love to return some day.

So I stayed at Gratitude Heritage during the first week of May 2023 with my family. Gratitude's layout and architecture was perfect for beating the heat. It was all cobblestone and greenery, which has the added benefit of being lovely and great for photo ops. It was closely located to all major restaurants and tourist locations like the Notre dame church and Auroville Ashram. There was also a full spread of food provided every morning by Shanti Didi, who was extremely accomodating. The staff was also extremely helpful about anything we asked and also ensured we had a space near the hotel to park. The rooms were stocked with the basics as well as a few interesting extras like bathing powder. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I'm looking forward for a chance to go back.

A very quiet,serene, aesthetically beautiful villa with nice, neat and cozy rooms. One will be so relaxed here,lounging on the sofa,listening to the soft music being played while sipping a hot cup of coffee. You can chat with fellow travelers over breakfast and exchange the info about the places you visited. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food is delicious. I would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Pondicherry.

Absolutely loved every aspect of this place, from the breakfast to the staff. Gives an extremely homey vibe and is one of the best stays in Pondicherry.
